How our business works
Due To Liability Issues:
 We No Longer Are Able To Help Load Or Unload Items.
 Please Bring Help With You. If You Are Unable To Find Help, We Can Refer You Movers.
 
We take gently used and unique furniture and accesories that are clean, no rips or tears, no pet stains or hair, and smoke free.  We also now take bedding such as pillow shams and comforters/ duves covers.  These have to be dry cleaned in a bag zipped and marked with the size.  We also will take bedding such as sheets and pillow cases if they are not used in its original package.  It is to the consignor's financial advantage to bring in items in good condition.  We will not take any damaged items.

1) E-mail your furniture pictures to greatfindsllc@aol.com   After we preview the pictures we will contact you of what items to bring in. For your convenience, we do offer complete in home consultation for furniture and home decor viewing for a fee. 
 
  2) We offer referrals for pick up and delivery.  Please call or come in if you have questions on this service. You can also visit us on facebook and see the delivery and pick up referrals on our "discussion" fourm.
 
  3) Our consignment contract is 90 days.  We do offer an additional 30 days, making it 120 days or an extended contract (call for details).
 
  4) The consignor (you) receives 50% of the sale price.
 
  5) Our paidouts are done between the 20th and the end of the month. You can pick up your consignment check or have it mailed, upon request at that time.
 
  6) We encourage our consignors to keep track of their items' date of expiration. Any expired items if not picked up within 7 days after the expiration date will either be donated or become store inventory.
 
  7) We do offer Layway, 50% down and for 30 days.
