- Assessing your home: Free visit with the estate owner to assess your home items you'd like to sell
- Merchandising: research and assess the fair market value, pricing and sorting
- Marketing: advertise the sale in local newspaper, website, store location, e-mails and signage
- Duration: 1-3 Days Estate Sales
- Fees: depending on the pre-sale operation a set up fee will be initially charged. Great Finds will keep 30 % of the total proceeds at the end of the sale
- Legalities: A contract between the estate owner and Great Finds will also be signed prior to the sale. We will also get the necesary permits for the city you live in.
